1. Are there any other charges added to the price shown for a magazine?

No. There are no other charges. The price you see is the price you pay for a magazine subscription.    [ Top ]

2. Do you do any billing?

No. We don't do any billing. You can however pay by check or money order or we accept the major credit cards - American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. If you are a school, library or business, and need an invoice or purchase order, we can supply your business with one.    [ Top ]

3. When will my credit card be charged for the order?

Because we have to pay for the magazines right away that we order for you, we must charge your credit card at the time you place your order.    [ Top ]

4. How long do magazines take to start?

Magazine subscriptions can be slow to start and take anywhere from eight up to twelve weeks to begin, though in some instances, magazines can take as long as 16 weeks to start. Some publishers preprint their magazine labels up to two months in advance, and the process in general is slow, with manual entry of orders.    [ Top ]

5. When does my subscription begin?

When you receive your first issue, that is the time from which your subscription begins, and you will receive the full length of your order from that date going forward.    [ Top ]

6. Can I pay by check?

If you want to order online, you must use a credit card. If you want to mail your order, you can pay by check or money order. You can also enclose your credit card information if you would prefer using a credit card. When we receive your order, we will send you back an acknowledgement card.    [ Top ]

7. What do you do with my personal information?

Your personal information is kept confidential by us and only the name and address of the person receiving the magazine is supplied to the publisher. We never sell our lists, as some publishers do.    [ Top ]

8. What if I have a problem with my magazine?

If you are already receiving the magazine, you need to call the publisher directly. Most have toll free customer service telephone numbers, located in the beginning of the magazine. If you cannot locate that number, we will gladly give it to you. If you are not receiving the magazine and need to make an inquiry about it, you should contact us via email.    [ Top ]

9. What is your cancellation/refund policy?

All orders are fully refundable as long as the cancellation request is received within 72 hours from the time the order is placed. After that, cancellations will not be accepted. The reason for this is in order to get the lowest prices, We have to send Our orders to a cleaning house and We have to pay for those orders right away. 
We submit Your order promptly and once submitted, We cannot obtain a refund.
We can only refund You for an order if You have not received the magazine after 16 weeks from placing the order and the order is not on the publishers system.    [ Top ]

10. Can I renew magazines through your company?

Yes. You can place a new order, or you can renew any magazine you see on our website. It is the same price whether you are renewing or ordering a new subscription.    [ Top ]

11. Do you automatically renew my subscriptions?

No. About four to five months before your subscription expires we will try to contact you by email or telephone to find out if you want to renew.
If you do, and you want to renew thru us, we will gladly take your order.
If we do not hear from you, your subscription will not be renewed by us.
We recommend you contact us at least three to four months in advance of the expiration date, if you want to renew a magazine and you have not heard from us.    [ Top ]

12. Can I send magazines to someone else?

Yes. You can order magazines as gifts or send them to anyone you choose, as long as the person lives in the United States ( all 50 states ) including Puerto Rico. We can also send magazines to military personnel at an APO AP or APO AE address.     [ Top ]

13. Do you ship magazines to Canada?

There are a few hundred magazines that can be shipped to Canada. Those are designated as " For Canada Only ". They are found under the " Canada " category.
The price shown includes postage and handling and is reflected in US Dollars.    [ Top ]

14. Is there a charge for the gift card?

No. We do not charge any additional amount for sending out a gift card.
We have birthday, general and holiday cards.    [ Top ]

15. When will the recipient receive the gift card?
